What does a Lacher home typically cost?
Most of our builds fall between $500,000 and $2M+, depending on size, lot, and finishes. Your budget is locked in before you sign.
How long does a custom home take?
From land clearing to project end, most builds take 8 to 12 months. Timelines can stretch with supply chain delays, weather, or the specific needs of your project.
Where do you build?
Augusta, Evans, Martinez, North Augusta and the surrounding CSRA. We’re licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, so Edgefield and across the river are covered too.
Do you take on remodeling projects?
Not at this time. We focus entirely on new custom homes so every project gets Rob’s full attention.
How many homes do you build at once?
Three to five at a time. That keeps an Operations Manager on every job and Rob personally involved from first sketch to final walkthrough.
